Having my high blood pressure was a concern but I didn't like the idea of taking medication. I know so many friends and family on High Blood pressure medication even from the age of 40 and it wasn't for me. I changed my diet etc and exercised more and it slowly started to lower. I then added this supplement into my diet and it lowered much quicker !. I take the drink 2 twice a day and in only 30 days my BP has reduced significantly. I mix it with beetroot juice to give in an extra boost and I have now added the cholesterol capsules into my diet too so I will see what happens with that soon. Having a really tasty drink is much nicer than taking medication for me and I feel better for it. I am interested to see if my BP has come down even further when I do the next reading but I am very happy with the results so far and in such a quick time. I have struggled with BP up at mid 160 over mid 90s for a while especially during my recent chemotherapy treatment, but after a week my readings are around 140 over 80s. Very happy with the product.
My blood pressure is now practically perfect after three weeks. I've used this combined with a changed diet and exercise and it's sorted. Great product.
