Easy to swallow, with no smell or aftertaste for me. $15 when ordered for 120 days supply is good value as far as I am concerned. The 3 billion CFU per serving is a fairly standard dose for these products. Manufactured in the USA, which for me is always preferable. Taking as a supplement, I cannot confirm they absolutely work or not, but happy to have them to try.

Contains friendly bacteria for the gut, which I take to help improve my digestive health. I trust the brand, with the products been made in the USA and third party tested.

I've found I personally feel less bloated while taking these. They are easy to swallow and seem to do the trick, so I would recommend.

No after taste or unpleasant effects

Little bit of gastric flu couple of weeks ago so these came about at the right time.
With any product like this it's difficult to empirically measure effect.
Digestive systems feels more settled. Both from a gaseous and output perspective.
Best way to describe is you don't notice your digestive system working.

This is a tiny bottle full of tiny tablets, they really are small. nobody will have a problem taking these, they're even smaller than the morning after pill.
I found that the stated dose of two tablets daily was a little too much for my guts. we had a week or so of activity that put quite a strain on me. I've switched to a single tab and things seem to have calmed down.
I may just have a wuss of a gut though, yours may be a little stronger. However, it does prove that these work and restoring your gut flora will help move things along.
This isn't the brand I've taking regularly, as those were out of stock, so I kind of expected disruption down below, guts don't like change much.
There's no flavour to these at all. and I've had no side effects like reflux or excess wind.
The bottle has a child proof cap, though it doesn't feel terribly strong as those sort of caps go. I know it isn't a strong medicine but you don't want to encourage kids by making some bottles easy to open.
Overall a good product that works nicely, you just may need to adjust the dose if it seems to be working a little too well.
