I have been taking a medium size capsule each morning and even though it's only been a couple of weeks I noticed I have not needed my mullein drops throughout the day. It's so nice just to take that one capsule versus taking drops several times a day. I feel like the cost for this bottle of 60 count is quite affordable. Definitely recommend for those who are looking for a strong dose of Mullein leaf extract. As an aside, they are non GMO and Vegan but no where does it state that they are lab tested.

If you have never had Mullein whilst you have been congested you are really missing out. Mullein is great at helping ease sinuses and helping coughs be more productive in bringing up the chest and throat gunk when you're sick. I have had a bottle of liquid for some time now and it has been alright, but using the dropper for measurements has become a pain, that's why the capsule format has really exploded. These capsules, like every other capsule allows for easier dosing. Taking two capsules is way easier than dip and squeeze half a dozen times.

I've been trying to run more and noticed that after a mile in, it was hard for me to breathe but after taking this, it made running a lot easier for me. I was able to breathe easier so I believe this product really helped improved my lung health. I also like how this product is nongmo and is unflavored.
