I have been taking these supplements for 5 months to try and help with the development of sore acne (really sore inflamed lumps) around my chin and jaw that I’ve never had before and really erratic mood swings (which aren’t typical for me) after a full MOT and bloods my doctor said these were likely due to perimenopause and changes in hormones.
