I’ve been using the tongkat-Ali supplements for almost 1 years now.
Started with 200 mg, moved to 400 mg and later 500 mg; per day. It does really positively and noticeably impact your stamina as well as energy levels which consequently build more robust muscles. My only advise, is to match the in-take dosage with your exercise levels. If not matched with more weighing on the dosage rather than the balance; it will impact your stomach if not your mood in general. Test usually has this impact on you and the natural one is more potent than the chemically manufactured. Strongly recommend the supplements and for better impact couple it with the Fadogia.
