I’ve tried a lot of different perimenopause supplements and this is one of the best. Lots of useful vitamins & minerals included and easy to swallow. A good price for a decent product.

As soon as I turned 40 I started getting night sweats, restless sleep (tossing and turning all night, every night), brain fog, sensitive breasts, sore finger and toe joints, increased migraines, irritability, dry skin and hair AND my husband started being much more annoying than usual. After 10 days I've noticed better sleep and reduced night sweats. Unfortunately, my husband is still annoying. They don't seem to be helping with brain fog but I'll be on HRT soon which might help. If you're having perimenopausal symptoms regardless of your age and know something isn't right, please give these a go!

I’m only 36 but am perimenopausal (so my levels are fluctuating) my doctor put me on hrt, to cut a long story short THIS DID NOT WORK!!!

I felt so all over the place like my head wasn’t my own. A friend recommended these to me and at this stage I was willing to try anything!!

Literally just a few hours after taking one I felt like I wasn’t so chronically fatigued.. after a few days I actually felt I had more energy. The night sweats completely disappeared and my dreadful mood swings seemed to chill out.

Just after four days of taking them I have noticed a massive difference in my fatigue especially as was really struggling to do minor tasks before and everything seemed such an effort. Am now feeling more energetic and getting things done. Feel bit more relaxed too and less edgy. Just bloating towards the end of the day so might try the biome ones next :) my brain fog and memory also improved when at work.

I have been taking these supplements for 5 months to try and help with the development of sore acne (really sore inflamed lumps) around my chin and jaw that I’ve never had before and really erratic mood swings (which aren’t typical for me) after a full MOT and bloods my doctor said these were likely due to perimenopause and changes in hormones. I took twice the tablets twice a day for 5 months, the acne completely cleared after around 4-6 weeks and my mood had really improved and I felt more ‘sane’, like the old me. I thought I’d have a month or 2 off to see if they really did help or if it was just a placebo effect and after a couple of weeks not taking them the angry sore lumps came back and my foul mood returned! I shan’t stop them again as I really do think they’ve helped me lot. I think they’re well worth it. I don’t take other supplements or use any special creams etc, so I really do think they help balance things out.
I would say to not expect overnight miracles, as for me, it took a few weeks particularly for the acne to subside, but now I’m consistently taking them, I just feel like they are doing what they need to do and I’m ‘me’ again.
If you reluctant to use prescription HRT I’d definitely try these for 3 months and see how you get on.

Like so many other reviewers, I never normally leave comments but this stuff has honestly changed my life so I felt I should say something! I've been on these since the end of November and so many of my physical symptoms have reduced - I no longer get hot flushes, my sleep is better, the downstairs dryness has gone, and my awful migraines have been reduced to nasty headaches (you can't win them all!). It's also increased my libido which was a welcome bonus. Don't get me wrong, I still have up days and down days, but they're days and not weeks. The brain fog is now wispy clouds as well. If you're struggling then I'd give these a try.

Ordered this product to help with hot flushes, especially at night as my sleep was being greatly affected and I was feeling tired during the day. I was having many during the day and night. On day one of taking I had around 3 hot flushes. On day 2 now I haven't had any at all today. I wasnt expecting it to work so quickly. This product is an absolute miracle. Believe the reviews.... It really does work.

These absolutely work. 2 weeks in and I've seen the following positive changes:
1) improved and much deeper sleep
2) no more night sweats
3) fingers nails growing faster and stronger
4) mood more balanced and less anxiety
5) improved memory and reduced 'feeling scatty' / forgetful
6) much reduced feelings of 'I'm going to get a cold' or feel tired and off colour
7) slight improvement in bloating and a tiny bit of weight loss
8) some improvement in achy joints but still some issues present (hopefully will keep improving)
9) overall feeling generally healthier and happier
The only thing where I've seen no change at all is the dry eyes and dry skin (neither of which I had before entering peri-men) which is a shame as this is one of my main issues at the moment but hopefully it will come as I continue to take the tablets.
In summary, I'm delighted with this product. It's helped with some issues that I hadn't even attributed to the peri-men.

I have found these helpful. I'm 52, take a mini oral contraceptive pill, but still experience period pains, so don't count myself to be in the full on menopause stage yet. I have been taking them just over 2 months now. I was experiencing some symptoms that were hindering me- feeling sluggish, tiredness even after a decent night's sleep, very tender and sensitive breasts/nipples and some unexplained weight gain. I decided to ditch alcohol for the time being and try cut my calories. I'm sure this has helped, but I've noticed other improvements too - my breast pain has completely gone, my metabolism seems to have improved (they do seem to increase how many times you open your bowels) and I've lost weight (but please note I am watching my diet) I am staying on these for the forseeable, as I don't want the horrible pains in my breasts to come back. They haven't got rid of my period pain, but I feel my overall health is better and so are my energy levels.

I bought these for the first time eighteen months ago and have taken them daily ever since. That probably speaks for itself. It’s really hard to explain how they make a difference, I just know that after taking them with cod liver oil and evening primrose oil, I really felt an overall improvement in my well-being. I also noticed an improvement in issues arising from my monthly cycle. I’m not sure how useful they would be to those experiencing full blown menopausal symptoms but for anyone suspecting changes to their physical and emotional health is due to approaching peri menopause, these are definitely worth a try.

After months of anxiety, brain fog, poor sleep, hot flushes and night sweats I was finally diagnosed as peri-menopausal and really wanted to avoid a lifelong reliance on HRT, so I looked around for supplements that might help and a friend recommended these. I wasn't expecting much and my friend warned me to give them a few weeks to kick in, but I am deeply impressed to find that the hot flushes were reduced dramatically with immediate effect and the night sweats have stopped completely, meaning I am now sleeping soundly again. I still overheat a little sometimes, but not the same overwhelming flush of heat that made me want to tear all my clothes off - actually, after being very susceptible to the cold for most of my life it is actually quite nice to feel a bit warmer, without the unbearable hot flushes and a much reduced heating bill! It took 4 weeks for the anxiety symptoms to decrease, they have now receded into the background and rarely strike. I am more focused and feeling like my old self again. I cannot recommend these supplements enough!

I started taking these about 4 weeks ago as I was suffering with peri menopausal symptoms (low mood, emotional, fatigue, anxiety, migraines) And I have to say they have really helped me this month. I feel so much more energised and most of my symptoms have gone except for the migraines.
These are a great addition alongside leading a healthy lifestyle, getting good sleep and exercising.
Ladies, speak to your doctor too if you are suffering, my doctor was great and offered to put me on HRT, however for now I’m just going to stick to these vitamins.

These capsules are honestly magic. I was struggling a lot with exhaustion, low mood, brain fog. Extreme tiredness would sometimes just wash over me and it was hard to enjoy life. I was trying to keep active but my muscles would extremely ache when doing sports. After a couple of weeks of taking them suddenly all lifted and I started to feel like my former self again. I sleep better, enjoy exercise, am full of energy and my mood is levelled and I don't get this awful irritability. I'm actually waking up with a smile on my face (which I hardly did before). My GP had prescribed me antidepressants which I had taken for a while but didn't nearly have such a positive effect such as these tablets here (well I think they didn't have an impact at all). I wanted to try these first before going on HRT and I am glad I did! If you're wondering whether you should try them or not, what do you have to lose? Just give it a go...

I have been taking these for less than a week and I am amazed . Even after 24 hours I felt different . I am down to only a few hot flushes a day and sleeping much better . Today I have gone all day without any hot flushes . I can believe it . Absolutely brilliant . I hope it continues

These little beauties give me my life back literally!! Brain fog disappeared moods stable.. feelings of Aniexty gone. Energy up libido back to normal I'm so glad I tried these they took about 5/6 days to start to really take affect.. I took two aday and now hve them on subscription for £16.40 a month.. I was so close to starting to use HRT as my doc said I would benefit from it but I will stick with these for now 👌
