Blood Pressure Coaching & Supplement 3 Months

Been taking this for several monts and really like it

Can I stop it when my BP lowers say after 4 months.

I started taking this because I had a lot of stress to contend with and my blood oressure was rocketing. Seemed to work very quickly and brought it down. Stress has eased now and my blood pressure seems stable.

Still monitoring the effects

I have used blood pressure support and Natto/Cholesterol for the best part of a year. I dont have high bp but have found by using this daily I don't suffer bp spikes and so maintain a more ballanced pressure throughout the day.
