Definitely works, been taking this for 3/4 months now. Historically always had systolic pressure in the 140s, I’m 31 now but it’s been high for as long as I can remember, and always been fit and healthy etc. When taking this it comes down to the 130s and sometimes in even to 120s. Highly recommend this product.
